Hi I would say you need a new final unit, when this happens with output on VHF and UHF , it is only one of the tranny's is dead , but it is easier to change the final unit, Dave 2E0DMB

You might want to check the antenna selection for HF, it can be selected either for front ant or rear ant, if your using the wrong one you wont get any output as the radio will fold back power. Mick
