I am checking by transmitting WSPR beacons and see how it compares
with what signal it should be based on the audio frequencies that are
modulated in the passband. It was on average only 1Hz off from

I am the original owner, and I purchased a 500Hz for it many moons
ago. I take it they don't make them anymore? If not, that is too

I've had one of the cheap Chinese TCXO in my radio for a while and it's been absolutely fine. It's possible, with a bit of patience and swearing, to tweak the frequency of these to within a few Hertz
