Re: Forrest KING DADO in a K700S
Wade, see the attached which is right out of the Survival Guide (which I think you have). The arbor is first stripped of the dado flange, and the right-most blade of the dado set is seated against the

Re: Power Drive Quick motion switch isn¡¯t working
Imran I¡¯m assuming to access the back side of this switch bank, I need to remove the panel on the opposite side of the chassis? Or maybe the front panel control panel is removed? Just not familiar

Re: Power Drive Quick motion switch isn¡¯t working
Wade, It could be a bad transformer or a loose connection. The transformer has taps for 2 voltages, ~10 and 30 volts. Looks like you have lost the higher voltage to the motor. There is also a bridge

Re: Low Cost DRO for Hammer C31 Table Saw Fence setup SUCCESS!! #hammer
Imran, I¡¯ve been told the MA503/2 is the same display Felder uses for all of their crosscut and rip fence digital displays. Wade

Re: K700S Power-Drive wont tilt
Joe Tedesco, Has your saw still been tilting fine after this? ?When you said you looked in and saw the switches, is this through the back panel, opposite side of the chassis to expose these switches?

Power Drive Quick motion switch isn¡¯t working
Hello F.O.G., I went to raise the blade on my K700S machine, which is not even two years old yet, and the quick motion switch isn¡¯t working. ?Has anyone with this machine setup had this go bad on

Re: Low Cost DRO for Hammer C31 Table Saw Fence setup SUCCESS!! #hammer
Hi Wade, I am not familiar with Siko, so you will need to consult the manual or someone here may know the answer and share. Imran Malik https://www.facebook.com/groups/362481112015700/?ref=share

Re: Low Cost DRO for Hammer C31 Table Saw Fence setup SUCCESS!! #hammer
Imran, I¡¯m leaning towards the Siko MA503/2 model, wonder if it has more than one offset to choose from? Thx, Wade Electronic display MA503/2

Re: Low Cost DRO for Hammer C31 Table Saw Fence setup SUCCESS!! #hammer
I would like to add to the discussion of Fiama vs M503. I had not used the rip fence in low position until recently and that brought up the issue of how to update the DRO easily for 2 rip fence

Re: Forrest KING DADO in a K700S
Dan G., I have it right up tight to the arbor, but it sure seems really close to the cast iron top. But I¡¯ll clarify with Felder next week. Thx, Wade

Re: Forrest KING DADO in a K700S
Thank You Mark Kessler. Yeah, I¡¯m just not 100% positive on the orientation of spacer rings, flanges etc¡ I¡¯ll definitely be talking to Felder next week to get the scoop. Thx, Wade

Re: Forrest KING DADO in a K700S
I have a ridge carbide set but it¡¯s essentially the same as the Forrest. I remove the flange that offsets the regular blade from the arbor and the dado set goes directly against the saw arbor. Dado

Re: Clearvue shaker?
Hi Steve, that was me asking. I also ordered the 100w version but it may be too strong.

Re: Felder X-roll short crosscut fence. Initial setup
If you have the CAD file you can get one made at Fixtiv. I have used them for one off custom machine parts. They do a good job and they are quick. I had them make me a "T" slot adapter that fits into

If I remember correctly there is a smaller dia flange you use on the inside

Re: RL160 bags sucked up
Check the integrity of the foam gasket that seals the port to the bins. Mine got pushed out of position. If that seal isn't tight then you won't get suction below the bags. Also, I have to be careful

Re: RL160 bags sucked up
Phil, Rainger is correct.? Make sure the port is not blocked by the plastic bag.? To help prevent this, I made some long bungee cords to hold the bag away from the port. I then put a dust extractor

Thanks for your feedback. I will be talking to my electrician on Monday and this information will be most useful. Thanks again

Re: The New Improved Laguna Driftmaster
Sounds better and 6" helps. The Oliver trunnions are open between the table and base and a lot of dust never makes it to the bottom chute. Dave ________________________________ Sent: Friday, January

Re: Preparing AD941 for Moving
Machine is now on and attached to the pallet. Someone raised a point that the 2x 2x4's I was using as spacers underneath was likley going to cause issues with getting a pallet jack underneath, so
