I¡¯m assuming to access the back side of this switch bank, I need to remove the panel on the opposite side of the chassis? ?Or maybe the front panel control panel is removed? Just not familiar enough yet with these machines. ?

It could be a bad transformer or a loose connection. The transformer has taps for 2 voltages, ~10 and 30 volts. Looks like you have lost the higher voltage to the motor. There is also a bridge rectifier but that must be working for the low speed to work. The barrel selector switch behind the speed knob switches the voltage.

I went to raise the blade on my K700S machine, which is not even two years old yet, and the quick motion switch isn¡¯t working. ?Has anyone with this machine setup had this go bad on them? ?I can raise the blade using the Slow motion push button only. ?Once raised, it will not lower down either. ?There¡¯s not a lot of hours on this machine yet either, what a bummer! ?
I¡¯m not sure what would be involved in the fix for something like this?
