Rainger is correct.? Make sure the port is not blocked by the plastic bag.? To help prevent this, I made some long bungee cords to hold the bag away from the port.
I then put a dust extractor over the port and suck the bags into the bin prior to putting the bin into place.? I then open several blast gates and turn on the dust collector to make sure the bags remain in place.? Then I am good to go.
As a last resort, you could put some scraps of wood in the bottom of the bag to help hold it down but with the sequence described above, I have found that unneccessary.
