Re: AD941 dust hose attachment

¿ªÔÆÌåÓý

Necking down the dust collection hose on a 16¡± planer is just asking for clogs on a routine basis. I would use 5¡± at a minimum.

Re: AD941 dust hose attachment

Hi, sorry, I think I got confused as to which reply tab to select.

The right angle connector part number 02.0.020 is a snug fit due to the taper.

It is easy to attach or remove from the machine yet doesn¡¯t come off by itself¡..Regards, Rod

Re: Question on Machine options

Hi Ray, it¡¯s best to talk to someone at Felder as some of the options group into a discount that doesn¡¯t exist if you custom select every item individually.

Regards, Rod

P,S. Also the sales rep will know if any promotions or discounts are available at a certain time.

Re: AD941 dust hose attachment

To be clear, each hose has its own 90 deg adapter. My adapters are from felder and they slide on/off easily and fit snugly.

I have no doubt that Bill¡¯s offering should be just as good. He should have had enough feedback by now ?

Question on Machine options

Hi All,

Is there a place to find available Felder options and list prices for machines? EG option and cost for the cutter block on the planers, etc.

I have looked in the files section and saw nothing.

Thanks

Agreed on the quality comment, but these guys have been around a long time and are very reputable. They sell a lot to machine shops that need carbide blades for big industrial horizontal bandsaws. They also do contract cutting for shops as well.

So the larger end of your 120mm adapter will fit over the plastic housing on the machine, but do you know if it¡¯s a snug fit?? Does the 120mm end have any taper to it?? I¡¯m wanting that connection to be just about semi permanent. Only because of the flipping action of the hose back and fourth to change operations.? Maybe I can use a pop-rivet gun to secure it, unless it¡¯s soft enough to use a hose clamp to really hold it in there well. ?

Thx,

Wade
