Shop just installed new front rotors and pads on our 1997 EVC "Vanpira" & now the pedal is spongy and brakes weak. Can't get a panic stop, can't get ABS to activate except on test run on loose

I would us Silicon rubber cement clear.? U dont need much. Use a toothpick o lightly apply. After you cement the sections, use masking tape temporarily to burnish down the surface.? After it dries

The rubber thingy fell off my 2002 Weekender last year.? I cleaned all the glue and foam off both sides and stuck it back with 1/2" 3M VHB double-sided foam tape.? Like new!

Assuming you are talking in US $, that is almost twice the amount an EVC of that age and mileage would sell for, check listings, they are running from $25-35,000 most places.
