I believe the enrichment injector (single injector on the intake manifold with blue connector) only fires for a few seconds. ?It's out of the equation once the engine's running (unless its fault is that it's open all the time, in which case you'd get too cool running, and bad mileage).

Can you post what the temp gauge indicates before and after you
experience the power loss? ?I'm guessing here, but it sounds like as
the EV warms up, you're losing the benefit of the enrichment injector
so you fault may be in the fuel injection system - the normal
operating mode has a problem somewhere.
