#2. the van came with 2 flip keys that are $100.00 plus programming
each. then there is a tiny black key that is your valet. the key VW gave
you is there $6.00 key to shut the average person up. it's a old vw key
with a light in it to make "most" people happy, the battery can be
changed, but t's still wrong. And yes, all keys should start the van,
and be able to drive away.
#3. the rubber pads should be there. there nice to hold the cup in.(if
they wont give them to you, just "look" at another van and take them.
2. I got 2 keys; one with the remote lock buttons that will start the
?? car, and one that has only a light in it, and won't start the
car
?? (the valet key, I guess). Should there be two keys?
There should be two keys that lock/unlock the doors plus control the
ignition.? You should also get one other key which can be used to
lock/unlock
doors manually and start the ignition.?
3. The '03s I looked at had rubber pads in the trays between the front
?? and middle jump seats. Mine has empty plastic trays. Are the
pads
?? missing?
My '01 Weekender does not have rubber pads...a visit to the local
hardware
store can be useful if you want such pads.
