In general, since there were absolutely no changes from 2002 to 2003,
anything that you see in the 2003 should be in your van.
Write up a list, give it to your salesperson and manager of the dealership.
Keep one for your records.
One thing you didn't mention was the roadside service package. You should
get a booklet describing this program (4 years!)
Keep in mind that most VW dealers don't sell many EV's...so they may not be
familiar with them. And sometimes models sitting on the lot are cannibalized
to provide missing stuff for other EV's.
