Thanks, the sugestion of using the pulsed control
is good and gets you off the bottom rung of motors.
There is a lake near here that rents electric motors. I
am going to try to rent one with a canoe. Several
years ago I met a canoe on the river with an electric
OB he went upriver fishing so that he could drift
home going down.
