Hello, I am having this exact issue. Would you be willing to share the code for address book search? Thanks J

Re: Polycom Realpresence Group series
Anthony, I am having a similar issue with pulling contacts from the client's directory. It will only recover about 15 units on the directory vs. the hundred or so they have. Have you had any luck with

Re: CEN-NSP1
I'm having a similar problem getting SiriusXM Online working with a 2 series processor. I have entered the username and password in the Web GUI for the NSP however I can see in Simpl Debugger that

Re: New Programmer
I think you're confusing the CP2 with the CP2e. The CP2 has no Ethernet port so XPanel isn't going to work.
By Steve McNally · #211149 ·
Re: New Programmer
That'd be hard since the CP2 doesn't have an ethernet port. Crestron@...> wrote:

Re: Wire control of Haivision Stingray2?
After reading into it a bit more, it doesn't appear we have to strip the carrier with a direct connection...the 3.5mm IR receiver jack is expecting a modulated signal as it doesn't get demodulated

Re: New Programmer
I think you could learn a lot using the CP2 and the Smart Graphics X-Panel.

Re: Marantz M-CR611
I've found with Marantz, if it has an RJ45 connector, it's controllable. It could very well be Crestron Connected.

Marantz M-CR611
Anyone know if these are ip controllable before I call and sit on hold? Couldn't find protocol on product page, but it is controllable via the Marantz app. Thanks in advance! Chris Marantz US |

Re: New Programmer
Totally agree with Steve. Learning on what you have will not help you moving forward. You need a 3 series processor and a Smart Graphics panel.

Re: New Programmer
You'll be able to learn the basics with what you have but the gear you have is outdated. You'd be better off with an RMC3 and working with a Smart Graphic XPanel though.

Depends what you're in to - culture or thrills & spills The BlueCog 'factory' tour could be a Crestron lovers wonderland ;-) Cheers Phil

Re: Wire control of Haivision Stingray2?
Do you need to strip out the 38(?)kHz IR carrier if you're plugging directly into the unit? Cheers Phil.

Re: Help with WOL with Pinglogic module
Your MAC Address should look like this "00\x26\x18\xC1\x61\x62" not like this "\x00\x26\x18\xc1\x61\x62" (minus the quotes of course). Your IP address should be "10.1.1.255" in the UDP communications

Help with WOL with Pinglogic module
I am hoping that someone can help with this as I am pulling my hair out trying to configure the module. I have a HTPC on a static ip of 10.1.1.130 on a 255.255.255.0 subnet. The PC is set up for WOL
