No, I have not. Currently have all displays connected and addressed, and LAN power is set to on. Is there another setting that I am missing to enable RS-232 pass through via LAN to the other displays?

Bryan, If you read back through recent press releases and such, they stated that they would release the API to various "partners". I had actually approached DISH about obtaining the API as well.

Yeah I had it set to 01 when I was using the MDC software and I tried changing it to 00 and 02 when using Hercules just to make sure it wasn't something off with the ID. Nate L.
