Fwiw, I always program the advanced IR driver restart command on some "off" button, like DVR on a TSR-310.? If all else fails, just hit that button and in 10 seconds it should be back up and running at the main menu.

Agree with AVMaster!
I've seen a number of these kinds of issues with certain apps, sometimes related to mismatch of App and ATV software...?? i.e. App gets updated to compensate for ATV updates, then the ATV automatic updates don't automatically run and so there's an issue... If only everyone would do what they were supposed to do...HaHa... |

Or try long pressing the menu/home/whatever button.
Also¡if the button works correctly on every other app, what makes you think that it ¡®isn¡¯t¡¯ the app? ?It¡¯s not uncommon for ATV apps to act a little different from app to app. ?Fast forward, rewind etc are a little different depending on which service you are using. ?I¡¯m pretty sure that ¡®these programmers¡¯ aren¡¯t purposely leaving out the secret HBO exit command. |

¿ªÔÆÌåÓýI had a dmp64 recently. To get it to work i did the following: ? The first string the dmp sends after connection ends with ¡°password:¡± Then you have to send the password. Then you get a reply that you have logged in as administrator or user. Then you can start sending the verbose mode and strings (e.g. ¡°I¡±) to keep the connection open. JFYI - as i just downloaded the latest Roon integration modules for a client with a Nucleus server, i found that the Nucleus-only restriction has been taken away. The module now works with all Roon Core installations. I?ll try that with my own Windows-based core during the week. Cheers, Thorsten |

The example with the POST request is using the "Add Program" command. I'm wanting to use the "Modify Program" command to modify an existing program. This is listed as a PUT request. Unfortunately I'm still unable to make this work. |

client.Version = new Version(1, 1); for setting http v1.1 but a Version object doesn't convert to a string.? The last thing I expected was that this was a way to set the user agent.? Similar to what Lincoln described, I have had issue with my laptop capturing the CP4 USB interface and trying to use it as an Ethernet port (I am running a Linux host).? That keeps toolbox in my Windows VM from seeing the USB port.? I have to go into my network adapter settings and disconnect from the bogus Ethernet adapter.? After I do that, my Windows VM can see the CP4 and toolbox can see and use the CP4 USB interface.? You might check your Windows network adapters and make sure it is not trying to use the CP4 as an Ethernet connection.

looks like it's expecting the useragent string usually sent in the request header useragent string references/lists: Since that's all based on what the browser publisher defines, it's open ended, you'd just be looking for the right agent string to fit whatever you're trying to do? ¿ªÔÆÌåÓýDid you install the NDIS drivers when installing Toolbox (not sure about Windows 11 but in Windows 10 it¡¯s one of 2-4 random popups outside of the Toolbox installer while Toolbox is installing? ? The 4-series processors USB appears as a network card (with a 169.x.x.x link local address) but require the driver. If you open device manager do you have an ¡°unidentified device¡± that pops up when the processor is connected and goes away when the processor is disconnected? ? Enter the app by selecting a user on the screen. Then you can menu your way out. Stupid but that¡¯s what I¡¯ve noticed? First off I¡¯m not a programmer, I¡¯m an IT tech overseeing a jog done by Crestron programmers. We current can¡¯t get out of the HBO max app on Apple TV with the Crestron remote. The programmers tell me it¡¯s HBO max app. I¡¯ve been to a house where we can use the exit button to get to Home Screen. Client has newest remotes and I don¡¯t know how it¡¯s possible these programmers don¡¯t know how to program this remote to get to Home Screen. Any help here would be appreciated so I can show these programmers there is a way to program the remote or a button to get out of the HBO max app. All other apps exit to Home Screen on Apple TV with no issue. HBO max app is only app not capable of going to the Home Screen. Thank you for any advice.?

Setting httpsclient version
I need to set the version identifier for an httpsclient.? I can do the following
HttpsClient client = new HttpsClient(); client.Version = ??????; Version takes a string but I can't find any information on how to format it.? The examples I found doing google searches aren't helpful and neither is anything I've found in the S# help file. Thanks in advance for the help Jay |

Windows 11 HP Laptop/ USB Toolbox Device Discovery Not Working
Hello,
Has anyone had any issues with an HP Spectre running Windows 11 not being able to see USB Devices (specifically a CP4) in Toolbox Device Discovery? Ethernet works fine. I have an older Spectre running Windows 10 and it works fine. ???? Thanks, Rich |
