Re: Theme Manager basics
Thanks for the detailed information. I'm sure your product is better than whatever Crestron has to offer but I doubt I can justify purchasing it with the limited amount of programming I do. I will

Re: Theme Manager basics
Creating themes in Studio is very simple and easy. There are a bunch of videos on the Crestron site to help you get started. I've created 4 themes with Studio and am always adding and tweaking.

Re: Photoshop Alterntive
I like GIMP, but if you are used to Photoshop, it can be a significant adjustment. If that's the case, you may want to look at Gimpshop <https://www.gimpshop.com/>, which skins GIMP to behave more

Re: Theme Manager basics
+1 for Theme Creator, I wouldn't use anything else. Bought it because Crestron couldn't handle a font with a space in its name (Franklin Gothic), kept it because it's awesome.

Re: Photoshop Alterntive
Adobe Fireworks and GIMP, each have their strong points. If I was starting over I'd probably look at a Photoshop subscription ($10/mo via Creative Cloud) and some tutorials from lynda.com or similar.

Creating a theme means something different depending on whether you're talking about synapse-style (legacy) panels or Smart Graphics projects. I'd suggest the former would be an exercise in futility
