That particular message is most frequently attributed to username case-sensitivity mismatch. Please check what was typed against the " *Your Username* " field on the *My Profile (

I agree with Tony. For some reason on a lot of the newer firmware and devices, if you don't have a pingable IP address as your Default Gateway, you will run into issues.
