IMO, DirecTV still has the best package for Clients.
1. Way more HD programming than ComCast, TWC, Fios, Charter, etc...
2. Standarized channel line-up for multi-home clients
3. OnDem via Net
4. PC scheduling of DVRs
5. WAY BETTER hardware + UI experience. DTV boxes have, IMO, always
been better to control for us and work better for our clients. I
didn't think that anything could be worse than the ComCast DVR...Then
I tried the FIOS DVR...YIKES. They're both MOTOROLA, which always
guarantees total crap for any electronic product, but they are consistent!

-The possible exception is a Stand-alone HD Cable TiVo with cable.
Although I was a total TiVo fan with DirecTV, their new DVR has really
grown on me.

BTW, Did anyone ever try the ComCast TiVo Box? How is it possible to
take an interface so refined as TiVo, and Mess it up??

Anyway, I will say that ComCast (in Mass.) has the best phone support
- Their people answer immediately and are courteous and well trained!
I can't believe I'm saying that, but it's true!
