Suggest taking a battery powered drill and a couple 4¡¯ lengths of 2x4 and some 1/4¡± or 5/16¡± carriage bolts with nuts and washers plus appropriate drill bit and wrench. Set the lathe feet on the

Drill chuck

Basic plan is to take the lathe off of the table. That makes it about 300
pounds and 200 pounds., It has to come apart to go in the cellar anyway.

shipping a lathe like this will run you about 200-250 bucks for freight on a pallet, delivered to a terminal near you. Upon arrival, just put it in the back of your truck and drive it

QCTP sizes
I have a QCTP on both my 10 in and 12 in Atlas lathes. There is no markings as to their sizes, but both interchange. Please advise what size these3e are. The center blocks are both 2 1/2 in square.
