Cross slide (Compound Rest) Gib screws are 1/4-28 x 25/32 headless set screw, dog point
Tool Rest Gib screws are #10-32 x 7/8 headless set screw, dog point

It is a scam. He got hacked and someone is impersonating it. Just delete the email, until Jack has a chance to change his password and run an antivirus on his computer.
