Cross slide (Compound Rest) Gib screws are 1/4-28 x 25/32 headless set screw, dog point
Tool Rest Gib screws are #10-32 x 7/8 headless set screw, dog point
Carriage Gib Screws are 1/4-28 x 7/8 headless set screw, dog point
All detent balls are 3/16" diam. The springs are all the same, 3/16 dia (I measured one that's a little under at .185) ?x ?.375 long, wire dia .027
All should be available from McMaster-Carr (McMaster.com)
