Re: Carriage Stop and Indicator
Jody: Here is a photo of a carriage stop on my Atlas QC-42.? Built from plans available on Tom Technique's website. I also show that same stop adapted to fit my Smithy 3-in-1 to include an indicator holder. Bill

Hey guys, I've been googling pictures for a dial indicator holder for the carriage with possibly a carriage stop as well. I have seen to nice ideas and have a couple of my own but am wondering what you guys are using. Thanks, Jody |
Re: Carriage Stop and Indicator
Jody, I have both the original micrometer stop and the multi position stop offered on the turret setups, but I find myself using the micrometer stop the most.
Here is a real nice one I came across on Pinterest and plan on making someday. You could also use a micrometer head in it as a stop. |

I've heard great things about those as well.? They both look like they can do a great job.? Maybe the Diamond can hog more off at a time.

Diamond Toolholder
