Re: DR5013 problem - it sees a short when there isn't one
Unfortunately, this is not a problem that I can live with -- the loco might move 2 inches or so and then stop. I might put up with with once a month or so, but not whenever it moves! Scott

Re: DR5013 problem - it sees a short when there isn't one
Scott I have 2 x 5013 and I see this fault regularly, at least once a week and I have moved the 5013 to where I can press the reset button easily. Iain Iain Morrison 07767 456746

DR5013 problem - it sees a short when there isn't one
I've been configuring two new DR5013's and almost had everything right when a new symptom developed -- a locomotive would run into the block for a foot or two, and then the DR5013 would act as if a

Re: DR5000 LocoNet throttle support
Alex, The only known Digitrax throttles that aren't working yet are the (R) throttles when used wirelessly with a UR91. Those may be supported in a future update as the manufacture has some to work

DR5000 LocoNet throttle support
I see on IronPlanetHobbies' website that the DR5000 supports "current" LocoNet throttles. What throttles are considered current, and what is the limitation to supporting older throttles? Alex

Thanks Iain, Ryan. All clear now. Ian

Re: DR5088RC global detector output
Ian, You can by pass the DR5088RC and go straight to the DR5000. Only one rail needs to be insulated between blocks and then double gapped when next to non DR5088RC blocks. Hope that helps. ? Ryan

DR5088RC global detector output
I'm looking to use a DR5088RC to report occupancy on some track blocks of a new layout. I understand each such block needs to be wired to an individual Railcom detector output on the DR5088RC.

Re: 4018, Z21 app, and atlas turnout question
I've taken part in a modular meeting where the layout was over 50' x 50'. We had a DR5000 running with several multimouse and Z21 phone throttles along with two JMRI withrottles one on a laptop the

Re: 4018, Z21 app, and atlas turnout question
Thanks for the explanation. A user on my future layout would be no more than 12 feet away from a centrally located DR5000. It would have a maximum run of 110 feet in a 12 ft by 24 ft area. Not a large

Re: DR5033 track voltage
Hello John It sounds like the H bridge has broken. You should speak to Digikeijs and make a ticket and send back to them for repair. This there policy for returns. They will fix and send direct back

Re: DR5033 track voltage
Hi Dennis, yes, checked with 5033 disconnected completely. I think the 5033 is faulty as it now outputs zero volts to the rack. Regards, John

Re: Locobuffer-N + DR4018
Andrew. The DR4018 is driven from the DCC bus just connect it to the DCC output of your Command Staion (DR5000). Colin.
