You may need the CE-19 expansion interface.? It has an 'isolating' stage in it that might also be an inverter (inverting the logic level).? Unfortunately, details of the CE-19 seem to be scarce. --

Do you mean S-meter or SWR? I thought RSSI was linked to S-meter sensitivity & SWR measure was a transmit function.
