Could the problem be that some of us are using the wrong size power connector? ?The radios connector is probably a 3 pin and when the barrel of the connector is inserted it disconnects the secondary

Im pretty sure it was the power connector shorting out as I plugged it in.? Should have never plugged it in under power #1 but #2 the possibility of it shorting should not exist either. -- 73 Tim
