I'm afraid the PC used to download all the install files is long gone. I have trundled through the file structure of W98 and the install files are not on the hard drive. When the ancient laptop I use for UI-VIEW eventually expires I will probably no longer run APRS in any form from home. Rarely run it mobile nowadays.
