Ah very good of you indeed! I have the 09 Summer Special, which has what I think are updated rules. No cards though. Are these the rules you mean? And I have downloaded a file "Algy Custom Cards" but it is not clicking just how they work. So
I am thinking I do not have the complete picture. Much thanks!

Actually when I started publishing more formally with Copyright and issues sent to the library of congress, etc. I found that there are( or were) many publications entitled "the Courier" or "Courier". We were able to differentiate by calling ours "The Courier" thought most people would call it just "Courier".? We had a subtitle "America's Best Wargaming Magazine" which we could as we were the ONLY such magazine for a few years. It did mean that Hobby stores would not keep it on the shelves because of the "War" in the name. This was 1968-1972 with Vietnam and all that>
