Ah very good of you indeed! I have the 09 Summer Special, which has what I think are updated rules. No cards though. Are these the rules you mean? And I have downloaded a file "Algy Custom Cards" but it is not clicking just how they work. So I am thinking I do not have the complete picture. Much thanks!

Try contacting Rich and see if he still has the rules and if he would send you a copy. If he doesn't, I have them and could send them to you with Rich's permission. I also have some of the files that pertained to Algy.

Hi all,
Earlier this month I finished off an 18 month project to build a collection of Warlord 1:700th ships to play Trafalgar using Kiss Me Hardy.

I have put together a blog post looking at the collection as a whole together with a video looking at my thoughts and ideas for playing with the collection, which, fingers crossed, might get a run out at Clotted Lard later in the year

Richard status?

Actually when I started publishing more formally with Copyright and issues sent to the library of congress, etc. I found that there are( or were) many publications entitled "the Courier" or "Courier". We were able to differentiate by calling ours "The Courier" thought most people would call it just "Courier".? We had a subtitle "America's Best Wargaming Magazine" which we could as we were the ONLY such magazine for a few years. It did mean that Hobby stores would not keep it on the shelves because of the "War" in the name. This was 1968-1972 with Vietnam and all that>

Here I went against my own suggestion about sticking to news about Richard's Condition" Sorry - Last Time, I promise.

Also: had to smile, as my better half Is currently one of the editors with the Courier. 2nd best-selling regional paper in the UK. 1st is the sister paper, the Press & Journal, and she works with them too.

Thanks for the Kudos, guys but it was a group effort. Also I don't want to have this thread go off message: Richard's Status" which means so much to of us Lardies!

We had such great times putting the Courier together. But at some point, it becomes a business and no longer fun.

No matter the original size of the business, there comes a time when it is large enough that one must delegate.? From watching Rich's various oddcasts and videos, I can see that this is very difficult for him to do! But if he selects trusted associates to do the research and generate a synopsis it would reduce the workload. The same with the Yearly Magazines - surely there is someone other than Rich who can do that. Finally there are many fans who would love to generate Pint sized campaigns that would need culling and play-testing by the team with Rich's final approval before press. All this would grow the company while Rich could just cerry pick the projects that he likes best.

?

I offer this fully knowing that I was never able to do it myself which is why The Courier eventually was sold off and died out. Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda

Re: Richard status?

Dick, I also remember the Courier. A great publication and I lived in Brockton for a couple of years.
