I don't know a thing about Fedors, but if your TT4BT and PC can connect,
but there is no evidence of communication, I would verify that you have the
Baud rates set correctly, i.e, both set to 19200,

BlueTooth under Linux is rather strange.Make sure you find the correct device.? The serial port connection usually has a designation of /dev/rfcomm#.

To configure the stationary TT4 as a digipeater,
Connect the TT USB cable to the computer and install drivers if needed
Run a terminal program such as TeraTerm Pro and set it for 19200 baud
