I don't know a thing about Fedors, but if your TT4BT and PC can connect, but there is no evidence of communication, I would verify that you have the Baud rates set correctly, i.e, both set to 19200,

BlueTooth under Linux is rather strange.Make sure you find the correct device.? The serial port connection usually has a designation of /dev/rfcomm#. You don't say what application you are running on
