Would you be amenable to speaking with someone on the phone about your questions?
Sometimes people with the answers, when faced with having to do a lot of typing, would rather have a real two-way conversation with instant feedback which allows for quick "course corrections."
Someone so inclined could through private email get your number and make contact that way.
