Re: Temperature only transmitter
I have used several.? The TT4 uses the LM335z in a TO92 package, I think.? Nice because tou can connect it remotely with 2 wires. It also has the ability to add a POT for calibration.? Best done at

Re: Temperature only transmitter
The Micro-Trak products based on the TT3 also have built in temperature sensors. Most use the LM335Z, which can be removed and remotely placed, or through an auxiliary input. The RTG-FA is pretty

Re: Temperature only transmitter
Both versions of the TT4 (built & kit) have a temperature sensor on the board.? However, these are likely inside the case and not a good indication of ambient. I'd suggest an external sensor

Re: Temperature only transmitter
I believe the TinyTrak 4 (non-kit) has a temperature sensor on the board and could be used to transmit the temperature via APRS. Arnie, N1BAC (-9 when mobile) Sent: Monday, March 22, 2021 4:04 PM To:

Re: TT4 and another device on the same radio work?
Scott, Outstanding! Since the DTMF remote has seven logic level outputs, you should be able to do a lot of things.? Thanks,? Allen AF6OF

Re: TT4 and another device on the same radio work?
No you understood the question perfectly, My thought for being able to reset the radio was like you said used a 30-second time delay when commanded.? Then?just reset the tnc every now and again. The

Re: TT4 and another device on the same radio work?
Scott, That is a lot to unpack! I think you could get away with doing what you suggest, but it is very possible you will have distortion issues from wildly unpredictable?audio impedance mismatches,

TT4 and another device on the same radio work?
I have a DTMF controller that replies to your commands to let you know if it did what you wanted it to do.... It has a ptt output and audio in and out. Would it be okay to splice the audio out for

Re: Anywhere to get a clear copy of the circuit diagrams
Hmmm, I just opened it from that very link. You can probably Google "Sams Technical Publishing" to find a link your browser will like better. Allen [email protected]> wrote:

One of the things I find extremely helpful is the Byonics archive: Lots of good old reference materials, old config software, etc. A nice Museum of all things

Re: Anywhere to get a clear copy of the circuit diagrams
Rob, Yes, I do too. The MTT4BT is on the verge of being just a tad too complicated to draw out that way on a single page. Remember the old "Sam's Photofacts" publications filled with schematics that
