Hi,
If you followed the silkscreen on the PC (it has an error), you probably swapped 2 capacitors locations.
One of them needing a 100+ Volt one, where now a 35V one is installed.
If you changed the caps 1 at the time, you do not have this common mistake. (Don't ask how I know)
If no mix up, check if you properly aligned the interconnection pins in between the 2 boards.
