I recapped my 2465A power supply and now it produces an audible clicking noise and the device no longer turns on.
Accordingly, I have constructed the dummy load presented in the service manual but am struggling to figure out how to use it to test the power supply boards outside.
I'm trying to use the "Inverter Troubleshooting Procedure" found in the service manual.
I'm still a novice at repair on these devices so please advise on how I can best remedy this issue.
