After trolling through the probe entries, and scanning each manual, on TekWiki, I have some tentative identifications:
<A> and <D> seem to be for the P6008/6009, as are some other parts (hook tips, banana tips, screw-on sprung hook tip, etc) that I didn't post pictures of. I think that <A> is the bayonet ground assembly - PN 013-0052-00, and <D> is the center pin - PN 214-0325-00. I do not see either listed in the P6201 manual, nor in the manuals for the P6202 or P6202A.
<B> seems to fit a wide range of probes, basically any of the compact or miniature modular probes, but I definitely found it listed in the manuals for the P6010/P6011/P6012. There are also other parts, that I didn't post pictures of, that also go with these probes.
<G> and <J> seem to be another kind of ground lead for the P6056/P6057 (also <B> appears to be a part for these probes too), but maybe also for the P6202A (it's hard to know, I'm just going by the pictures; I don't have part numbers for any of these small parts), and they probably fit any compact or miniature modular probes too.
