I also liked adding the additional perks or rules for the generals. For doing battles during the following Diadochi period I think adding abilities to some of the names figures would be interesting and fitting.

Also for your point on scythed chariots, I believe it mentions in Tactica 2 that after their first melee scythed chariots are removed from the board??
