Cheers. The Scythed Chariot Screen is pretty much the same rule as the Elephant Screen. 'Point and shoot' with individual models spaced one 'base width' apart.

I completely agree. I do suppose that my deployment could be cast as more simulation. The resulting game, although not played to conclusion, was fun, interesting, and educational, as you say.

Thanks for the vote of confidence re the general's abilities. I am sure there is room for tinkering here.

Two of the three Companion units were in column. Here is another example of simulation (figure scale and numbers) bumping up against play. These cavalry did not do all that well during the wargame.

Scythed chariots are an interesting topic . . . I would be interested in seeing that addendum.
