More likely to need a bit more feedback? try some capacitance ~30pF? from
base to emitter or base to collector. Or across other oscillator
components. It may kick-start.

76 hours and counting..
My Ultimate QRSS rig has now run for 76 hours without problems
using WSPR mode..
It's been using a 10AH lead acid battery for power and today, it
measured 11.3 Volts on the terminals, a drop from 12.4
