Michael Maybe distributed capacitance? Not sure how the meter works but the actual inductance is not usually measured, just the apparent inductance. As far as resistance goes how do you get anything

I counted turns as I took them off of T1 P1, S1, and S2 - 5 turns S3 - 59 turns. I removed 10 turns from the Toroid to bring C1 into range so I apparently over wound it by 1 turn.? Unfortunately I
