I counted turns as I took them off of T1
P1, S1, and S2 - 5 turns
S3 - 59 turns. I removed 10 turns from the Toroid to bring C1 into range so I apparently over wound it by 1 turn.?
Unfortunately I bumped the wires and mixed them up before I took the resistance readings of each wire but here they are:
a: 0.0693¦¸
b: 0.0662¦¸
c: 0.0552¦¸
Using 0.0662 as the median value
b to c delta: -16.6%
b to a delta: 4.68%
Why so much variance in the resistance between three short pieces if wire (7.9cm, 7.9cm, 8.1cm)? And does that matter? I'd guess that it does
None of this really matters at this point. I'm going to wind T-1 again. I've put building my other QCX rigs on hold until I finish this one.??
