QCX kit arrived

Updated to 1.00b and sidetone problem solved. I used an arduino uno board programmed as arduino as isp with six jumpers and avrdude. It took a while to work out how to do this I think I'll write it

Sending commands to the QLG1 GPS Receiver
Hi, Has anyone sent commands to the GPS Rx to suppress unwanted NMEA sentences, i can see all the enabled sentences in RealTerm. So it should be possible using the info from YIC to just send the RMC

I checked with a chemist and physicist I know, he said you would have to test what treatment works (he did not have a formula for the chemicals used in the treatment). The Mylar is already hydrophobic

Hi Keith The second one would do the trick. Because it has the required 6-pin connector. You COULD use the first one and just connect the required pins of the 10-pin header; also little adapter PCBs
