The film company said they can not sell to anyone in the USA for security reasons.
Strange,but that is what the guy told me at the USA branch.The company name is VECTOR packaging.
Sealing the film can be done more than one way.Hand sealing using adjustable temperature iron or impulse sealing which would be ideal.
Have a few home brew concepts floating around here.
One is a 36" circular heat element in my garage yet to be modified.
