Do you have a 1" tool offset defined for that tool? If so, set it to 0. Look at the height column in Config->tooltable. Les

You can go to the SmoothStepper website to see the many breakout boards that work splendidly with the SmoothStepper. With that said I installed a SmoothStepper into my old Chinese CNC router system

Go for something like a Smooth Stepper. It will give you the equivalent of 2 parallel ports and is upwardly compatible with later versions of windows so will save you going through all this again when

are you using the same breakout board or interface? have you compared the motor setting from the old and new computer? could you have wrong pin assignments on the new computer? check every setting.

Everything on the Mach3 diagnostics screen looks good as far as I can see. I know everything is good on the machine is good it works on the old computer.
