Re: Version 1.90.002 online.
Thanks Art, it does work, but as you suspected still needs a few tweaks.

Re: Breakout board
I recently purchased a breakout board from Bob Campbell. Service was great and it seems to be a quality board.
However, I tried downloading the SoundLogic.xml file (to get the pinout config) but the

Re: Proposed New Mach 3 + Grex installation
Thanks Chris
I though the servo drives were some form of +/- analogue input. If the
servo's are +/- 10 V it won't be difficult to switch the direction and pulse

Re: one limit switch or two??
Thomas,
I like to use one limit sensor on each end of travel for my X and Y axis.
This is mostly for safety reasons.
On my Y axis, I ended up placing two targets and one sensor. Mach2 knows

Re: 2 parallel port
George,
One parallel port can handle four axis. On our breakout board on each limit
axis we have two sets of screw terminals. One is labeled home and the other
is labeled limits. The screw terminal

work, I would expect that you would need to home your machine to set a
reference point. You would need to start with

Re: one limit switch or two??
Thomas,
I use the same sensor for home and limit.
On my CNC router, I very seldom home my machine. I just position the router
to where I want my 0,0,0 point to be and do a G92 type command.

RC7 Parallel Port Bug
Art,
Steve Blackmore discovered that RC7 has no PWM signal out put. I have
checked my development PC which I have RC7 installed in and it
appears as though RC7 is not capturing the parallel port/s.
