Re: TM-V71A USB speed setting

 

For my Kenwood TS-870 and Windows 10 peecee I use a UGREEN 6ft USB to Serial Adapter, RS232Serial to USB Adapter DB9 Male 9 Pin with PL2303 Chipset from Amazon, works great, talks to Ham Radio Deluxe just fine. Currently $13.
