Hi Karl, I use the RT Systems TM-V71 software and programming
cable with my Windows PC - works fine with no issues and no need
to set the baud rate.? All I had to do was select the correct
serial COM port. ?

Rusty, that's for the packet port and opertion. I was asking
about the "PC" port for programming.? After reviewing the manual
it looks like the RT software left out that feature. I'll have
to call/email them. In the meanwhile, I'll have to use the OEM
software (which is not as nice) to make the change as mentioned
on page 89, step 2.? I still have to find where in the radio's
menu to match that. More time to spend.
