Re: s 38C tube line up
Correction: second tube is a 12SG7, fat fingers. The tubes are typical "All American 5" meant to work from AC or DC at about 115 volts.

Re: s 38C tube line up
You want tubes that all draw the same heater current so that the heater voltage for each tube is correct.? The 6SK7 heater draws 300 mA, not the 150 mA of all of the other tubes.? The heater voltage

Re: s 38C tube line up
The 6 volt tube doesn't belong there. 12SA7, 12QG7, 12SQ7, 35Z5, 50L6 Type 47 lamp. There is a handbook on BAMA. Replace all electrolytic and paper capacitors. There is a kit from Hayseed

Re: Snagged Me a 51C2A Clock Radio

Snagged Me a 51C2A Clock Radio
Haven't done much Hallicrafters lately but I always try to keep an eye out for something that might interest me.? I found this on GoodWill's auction site and I thought they wanted too much for it so

Re: winter projects
Moved the SX-16 to the workbench yesterday to begin in on that.? Though, I think the National NC-200 will make for a true winter project. There's a S-20 sitting in the queue for several months now

Have a few FPM300's that I'm going to try to make work. Most need caps in the power supply, few other fixes. See how far I get. Looking forward to some fixing ? Sandy WN6CTY [email protected]>
