If it's stuck, most likely it cracked.? They crack and open up, that locks them in place.? The only way to get them out is pick out the pieces.? How did it get cracked (if it is), someone used an

I too got a Tiny SA Ultra from Santa this year. I'm waiting for a DC block
and a set of attenuators before I use it much, in order to keep from
damaging it.
