Re: Cottage cheese substitute

Quark or cottage cheese, organic if possible, ?I don’t think the lack of organic cottage cheese stopped my arthritis healing on the diet! Not one bit!

In fact, it is actually cottage cheese that is a substitute for quark, which cannot be easily obtained in the US.

Re: Cottage cheese substitute

Yes, but you need to reduce the water content.? This is easily done by placing the yogurt in cheesecloth, or a very fine sieve, or a coffee filter, and letting the whey (watery part) drain out.? The remaining "cheese" may actually be closer to the quark originally used by Budwig than is cottage cheese, and works perfectly for making FOCC.

Sorry for the late reply. She started bleeding and they have done a biopsy .today we will know. I think they will go through radiation and Chemo. So I have to start it once she is back from surgery. They have done tracheostomy for breathing.
Waiting for course of action

Re: Connecting with survivors

Hi Lindsley
It's been years since I last wrote but I still read this website from time to time.
I'm very happy that your husband's throat has been clear for so many years. Well done! Can you say briefly what you think was most important?

The larynx cancer I had in 1995 was radiated successfully but returned in 2022 after 7 years of leukoplakia?(from around 2014) that I've had removed with?
KTP laser treatment once or twice?a year, under general anaesthetic (GA). When I turned 80 (I'm now 83) there was sudden panic about the arrhythmia (mostly ectopic beats) I've had since?
my late twenties, and about A Fib which was picked up during an ECG. Although I have no symptoms of A Fib, and an echocardiogram?showed an otherwise reasonably healthy heart, there was concern about the stress associated with GAs and I realised?I had to try to stop the leukoplakia recurring, especially since it became malignant in 2022, and because there may be a limit to GA approval for me. The trouble is, there's no known cure for vocal cord leukoplakia, at least in the West.

However, a 2014 Chinese study, published in the J Amer Otolaryngology, reported that andrographolide (an extract from the plant andrographis paniculata) improved or cured about 80% of?
patients with vocal cord leukoplakia, who inhaled a mist twice a day for two weeks. I've spent a long time getting together a way of nebulising a preparation of this extract for myself despite
little encouragement from my surgeon. i hope to soon have photos showing the "before and after " 3 weeks of using my preparation, which may not be correct because the method reported in the JofAO is not easy to follow. I'll report any outcome.

I wondered whether you, or any other members of the group have heard of treatments or indeed whether anyone is currently suffering from larynx cancer or leukoplakia.

Best wishes
Barry Richardson (Australia)

Re: Question about oil protein diet

Hi Barbara

Linomel is freshly ground flaxseeds, immediately coated with a good quality raw honey to protect them. Dr. Budwig also added milk powder to the flaxseeds and honey.

Nedu,
? ? ? You can thin down the Budwig protocol once you have made it so she can swallow it. Use freshly juiced carrot or apple. I did this when My husband had throat cancer while he had a feeding tube inserted. He’s been free and clear for 5 years. Also had chemo and radiation at the time, no surgery. How old is your daughter’s MIL? Did she have chemo and radiation after the first surgery?

Best,
Lindsley

Wanted to see if coffee enema would help.
The doctors have recommended radiation and Chemo ,but have also said that a very good chance of losing her speech due to radiation.
Wanted to know how soon we can expect results through Budwig?
Will coffee enema help her too

A coffee enema always will help to drag toxins from the body & increase healing but be careful, no more than one enema per 3 juices in a day as per Gerson. ?Gerson do one enema for every 3 juices & as Budwig ?does less juicing I would only do one enema per day!

Hi Nedu,

add graviola tea (strong) 3x day 1 cup to the daily protocol.

It kills the cancer cells.
