Re: Barleans Flax Oil
No lignans. The flax seeds should be freshly ground and added to the FO/CC. Lignans in the oil are of no value and only accupy space better used for the oil. You can use the flax oil with lignans but it isn't necessary.
It is recommended you buy the one without as you will be getting plenty of lignans in the freshly ground flaxseeds. Best wishes Julie,? UK |

making quark from goat milk
Hi everyone,? I've been using goat yogurt since I cannot tolerate cow dairy and cannot locate the goat variety of cottage cheese for purchase.? It had been keeping me alive and somewhat healthy, but I have not gotten fully better.? I now have my own goats who have given birth.? I will start milking them in the near future.? I am hoping to make goat quark.? If that is impossible, then goat cottage cheese.? If anyone has any recipes, tips, advice, or guidance that they would like to share, I would appreciate it. Thank you! Sent using Hushmail |

Re: Quark substitute?
There is no actual evidence of Greek yogurt being a substitute, although the topic has come up a few times. May I ask why you wouldn't be able to use quark or cottage cheese? Re: Quark Substitute
Hello Simonemarie,
I checked all of the testimonials on my website that are from our members who used the Budwig plan to stop breast cancer, which is just one of the lists from members who stopped some type of cancer. I wanted to see if anyone used Greek yogurt instead of cottage cheese, but no one did. To avoid risking that the program won't work for you, I suggest that you use cottage cheese to blend with the flaxseed oil. If you would like to review the testimonials on my website, you can go to Budwig-videos.com? Thanks to Laura for posting my Budwig plan. That was very helpful.? Kind regards, Sandra |

Re: Quark substitute?
¿ªÔÆÌåÓýRadiation and tamoxifen are a big NO. You are correct in letting your body heal with the Budwig Protocol. No more poison.?I believe you can use plain Greek yogurt but I¡¯ll let someone else answer that.? On Jul 9, 2023, at 11:07 AM, Simonemarianne via groups.io <Simonemarianne@...> wrote:

Quark substitute?

Re: New Budwig book
Hi Dean and all members,
I haven't read the book you've listed, but if our members are interested in buying a book, I highly recommend that they buy Dr. Johanna Budwig's book, The Oil-Protein Diet Cookbook, which they can purchase on Amazon in paperback for about $11.00. It's filled with recipes and Dr. Budwig's comments. Here's the link to the page. ? Kind regards, Sandra |

New Budwig book
Maybe everyone already knows about this, but I just discovered a new (March 2023) book on Budwig.? The two authors are German and apparently read through all of Budwig's writings in German, and thus seem able to write authoritatively about her whole body of work.? It seems true to her work; I would be interested to hear Sandra's opinion.? It's called "Budwig Diet: How to get it right, the ultimate guide" by Michael Bierschenk and Ulla Schmid.? Available on Amazon.? Ulla BTW is the creator of the wonderful healingcancernaturally.com website, which is an encyclopedic resource of many alternative healing approaches, but she seems to have a particular fondness for Budwig and her work.??

Look into vitamin D, maitake d-fraction 4x, topical frankincense essential oil, modified citrus pectin, ip6/inositol -- all budwig compatible.

This group used to be very active back when we were in yahoo groups. Unfortunately yahoo basically dealt a death blow to the alternative medicine community when they shut down yahoo groups.?
?
My mother died in 2017 after about 10 years fight with metastatic breast cancer. Her best years were on the budwig diet. We stopped the diet once she was back on her feet. Big mistake. If you feel better keep doing it!?
