The reason for the sauerkraut juice is stated in the following (p. 143): "Due to its high lactic acid content, sauerkraut juice facilitates the permeation of fats into areas where there were previously blockages in the metabolism of fats."
Elsewhere she adds that raw sauerkraut and its juice lead to noxious substances being excreted. "In next to all diseases including those caused by infection the organism must be enabled to excrete noxious substances and to support the vital functions via [enhanced] cellular and tissue respiration."

I don't recall where I got this from but I thought that Budwig specified a small amount of sauerkraut juice - maybe 50-100g (about 1/4-1/2 cup).??Is that right?? Sandra?

Re: Quark vs Cottage Cheese
To quote Dr. Budwig from her book "Cancer The Problem And The Solution "? Page 29 "I have never had a patient who was not able to eat quark in combination with my oil-protein diet."
This was in response to a question from a Swedish professor called in to treat Bill Clinton, regarding his inability to eat quark. Note that she says “diet” rather than just referring to focc. I guess this is due to her oil-protein diet being so meticulously prepared with the added benefits of sauerkraut juice, papaya juice and pineapple for digestive enzymes.
It would be worth you finding of source of raw milk as it contains the enzyme lactase. ?In general this enzyme helps people with lactose intolerance.
Best wishes Julie, UK

Re: Quark vs Cottage Cheese
I understand that the protein level in quark etc needs to be 10% or more for the mix to work best. See nutrition info. part of label (UK foods).

The body doesn't digest the oil well on it's own. The reason for the cottage cheese/quark is that when blended with the oil, the oil becomes water soluable so the cells can absorb it. Dr. B referenced oil alone as in a salad dressing and that the body could only digest 1 to 2 tbls in a day without the cottage cheese to emulsify it. Not saying flax oil alone would not be useful at all, but it isn't that same "medicine" and I wouldn't expect the same result.

As time has went by, more and more foods are indigestible?for me. It's an auto immune reaction. I was successfully eating gluten free bread until I could no longer tolerate that. Its more than the lactose. The milk protein casein causes a auto immune reaction too, so there's very little in any dairy that I can tolerate. She addressed this, back then. There is a FAQ on this site that I wanted to quote but you need to pay them now to read the FAQ's so I didn't get there.

Unfortunate that they decided to charge to see all the FAQ's, but it might be worth the $9.95 for some as there is a lot there.

Here’s a link to testimonials regarding its use for autism. ?
You might also want to watch this video:? It was made by an ER nurse who wanted to find out if chlorine dioxide worked, or if it was too good to be true. He also has a channel on Rumble with various videos on the use of MMS/chlorine dioxide.
I have used it personally. It helped my arthritic knees, one is completely pain-free, the other only has minor pain now and then. I was so grateful when I realized the pain was gone, I almost cried! I actually did the Protocol 1000 as a general detox, and it ended up helping my knees along with a few other health benefits. I will definitely use MMS twice a year for a general detox, and I take it once or twice a week for maintenance (3 activated drops in filtered water before bed).
Seems from what I’ve read, there’s also a parasite component with autism, as well?
I have the book, “The MMS Health Recovery Guidebook” by Jim Humble. It contains more details on treating autism.
I pray you find the right solution to benefit your son. God bless, Sandy

I have a 3 year-old son who has moderate degree of autism. Any natural treatment or special detox may help him?? He is saying only single words right now.?
Greatly appreciate.
