IC-PW1 configuration in DXLabCommander

However, when I turn the I am having trouble setting up my IC-PW1 in DXLabCommander. Please help.

I want to connect IC-PW1 and SteppIR to IC-7600, but the frequency control of IC-PW1 does not work together even if I set DXLabCommander and IcomPW1 control as described in the manual.
IC-7600 (Primary CAT Serial Port) is connected to PC (DELL Win11) via USB port (COM X) and IC-PW1 and SteppIR (Secondary CAT Serial Port) are connected via USB interface to the same COM port (COM Y). The IC-7600 is connected to the PC (DELL Win11) via the same COM port (COM Y). After the initial setup, when the IC-7600 and IC-PW1 are turned on, the PW1 alert lights up, and after clicking it, they can be controlled in power off and on again, the AUTO LED on the IC-PW1 is lit, but the PW1 alert on the DXLabCommander is not lit and the frequency control is not linked. Then, when the frequency is changed using the UP or DOWN switch on IC-PW1, the PW1 alert lights up, and when the AUTO LED is turned on again and the PW1 alert is clicked, the frequency control is linked. Also, sometimes, when the power is turned on again, PW1 alert lights up and when clicked, it works correctly. ?
This is the situation. Please let me know how to set it up so that I can control it correctly.

After confirming that the IC-7600 is controlled by DXLabCommander, I went back and redid the settings again, looking at the IC-PW1-controlled DXLab instructions. The previous setup was also set up while looking at this manual.
At this time, I completely disconnected SteppIR from the PC, leaving only the IC-7600 and IC-PW1 connected to the PC. After setting up, the PW1 alert lights up, and after clicking it, IC-PW1 and IC-7600 can be controlled in conjunction with each other. However, if the IC-7600 and IC-PW1 are turned off and then turned on again, the IC-7600 and IC-PW1 will not work together. At this time, the AUTO LED on the IC-PW1 is lit. Once the power is turned off, the IC-7600 cannot be controlled. It is the same situation as before. I don't know how to solve this problem. I am in trouble. ?

To check the operation of IC-PW1, I disconnected the PC (DXLabCommander) and checked the connection between IC-7600 and IC-PW1 only. The operation of IC-PW1 is normal even after repeatedly turning the power on and off.

At that time, the INPUT 1 light stopped blinking in step 10. I then turned off the IC-PW1 as instructed in step 11. 1, I have tried changing the USB port that connects the CI-V interface of the IC-PW1 to the PC, or changing the interface cable. it seems that the IC-PW1 becomes controllable in more cases, but not 100% controllable.
2, When IC-PW1 is powered off for a long time (for example, when it is powered on for the first time that day), DXLabCommander is unable to control IC-PW1 even if it is powered on. However, after that, when the power is turned on and off several times, the PW1 alert lights up and the IC-PW1 becomes controllable, and after that, the IC-PW1 remains controllable even if the power is turned on and off repeatedly. 3, Whether DXLabCommander can or cannot control IC-PW1 is determined when power is supplied to IC-PW1 by turning on the IC-7600 power supply, or when IC-PW1's POWER switch is turned on, in other words, when power for IC-PW1 control is turned on. 4, Once IC-PW1 is powered on, the power switch of IC-PW1 is turned on. 4, Once the IC-PW1 is in a controllable state and the power is turned on, it will remain so until the power is turned off. If you are using the USB connection to your IC 7600, the connection (ports) do not exist until the IC7600 is turned on as the USB interface chip is powered by the rig and not by the computer as in the case of most USB devices. I forgot to mention in my previous e-mail that I have set the menu “CI-V Transceive ON” on the IC-7600. Otherwise, IC-7600 cannot control IC-PW1. (It is written in the ICOM manual).

IC-7600 ? CT-18 (CI-V interface) ? PC (DXLab Commander), this connection allows DXLab Commander to control IC-7600.
The “Command Interval (ms)” is set to [100]. If it is smaller than that, the CI-V indicator lights up.
