A direct connection between transceiver and amplifier is not supported by DXLab Suite. If you are using that connection, please seek help from Icom or one of the Icom support lists. 73, ... Joe, W4TV On 2025-03-20 4:55 AM, Shigeru Ohsawa via groups.io wrote:

As shown in the attached figure, the PC is connected to the IC-7600 and the IC-PW1.
I cannot control IC-PW1 well in this condition.

Re: Prefix/Call not transferred to DXKeeper
+ AA6YQ comments below
Double clicking a call in SpotCollector with a prefix/call sign eg. FY/X8WW shows up in the DXKeeper filter box as X8WW but.... does show up in Capture as FY/X8WW with the prefix DXCC (FY) and is logged as FY/X8WW. While it is nice to know I worked the base call before I also have interest in knowing if I have worked the prefix DX before. Is this something that can be changed so the entire call is used to filter DXKeeper not just the 'base' call? Perhaps a toggle between the two? + There's a "Log Filter" panel in the middle of SpotCollector's Configuration window's General tab. + With this panel set to "Call", then if you double-click a Spot Database Entry of the form X/Y or Y/X where X designates the station's DXCC entity and Y is the base callsign, then DXKeeper will be directed to filter its Log Page Display to show all previous QSOs with Y, and with callsigns in which Y is the base callsign. For example, when I double-click a Spot Database Entry for VE3/UT3UA, DXKeeper shows my logged QSOs with UT3UA, TA2/UT3UA, and VE3/UT3UA. + If SpotCollector's "Log Filter" panel is set to "Entity" and you double-click a Spot Database Entry of the form X/Y or Y/X where X designates the station's DXCC entity and Y is the base callsign, then DXKeeper will be directed to filter its Log Page Display to show all previous QSOs with the DXCC entity designated by X. + By the way, it's FY/PY8WW that is currently QRV. 73, Dave, AA6YQ |

When I submit most requested I get a blank window. If I try to upload manually I get a message that no QSO's were submitted because some QSO's were already uploaded or invalid. Of course checking Lotw shows none of the 12 were submitted? If I look at what should have been uploaded I see a message that says Invalid prop mode (internet) on line 5 ? This all started on March 16th. I did submit for a new TQSL for our club station on March 14. When I look at TQSL certificates it still shows that my certificate is active and usable. Each TQSL is under its own call sign. + Please attach the errorlog.txt file from your DXKeeper folder to an email message, and send the message to me via aa6yq (at) ambersoft.com 73, Dave, AA6YQ |

I forgot to mention in my previous e-mail that I have set the menu “CI-V Transceive ON” on the IC-7600. Otherwise, IC-7600 cannot control IC-PW1. (It is written in the ICOM manual).

IC-7600 ? CT-18 (CI-V interface) ? PC (DXLab Commander), this connection allows DXLab Commander to control IC-7600.
The “Command Interval (ms)” is set to [100]. If it is smaller than that, the CI-V indicator lights up.
?
I am using the following connection to use WSJT-X.
IC-7600 ? USB cable ? PC (DXLab Commander), This connection also allows DXLab Commander to control the IC-7600.

Missing Distances/Grids after carefully following distance computation procedure.
Dave/all
?
Using DXKeeper 17.9.9
?
I have imported an .adif log using the procedure here:
?
I have checked, in the upper left of the ImportQSOs tab "Query callbook and available databases for missing items".
?
In the Callbook tab I also have selected, at the bottom, the radio button for Callbook under Preferred Location Source.
?
I have selected, under QRZ.com, the radio button XML Data and provided my login to qrz.com and I have a valid xml data subscription.??
?
I also, under Secondary Callbook, have checked enabled and selected HamQTH and clicked "warn when primary callbook cannot be accessed".??
?
However, after import the import completes, MOST of the grid squares are in the log, BUT, there are some missing grid squares.? ?I then use the grid squares to compute the distance with the procedure that is posted online in the help files (setting the antenna path to short? with advanced filter).? ??
?
I have gone back to QRZ to see if QRZ.com has the grid square listed for the missing grid squares and qrz DOES have the grid square.? ?
?
My question:? ?What might be the most probable reasons for the missing grid squares??? Again, most do end up being populated during import.? ?I would guess 10-20% are missing.??
?
I can post the .adif log I am using but it is 2.9 MB and I am not exactly sure how to share it or if I need to do that for complete understanding.? ?
?
Thank you in advance for any thoughts.? ?I hope I provided enough info, if not, please let me know what othe info would be helpful/needed.??
?
Thank you in advance.??
